Return Window:
Items must be returned within 7 days of the date you received your delivery. Returns requested after this 7-day window will not be accepted.
No Refunds:
We do not offer monetary cash refunds to your original method of payment. The only exception is if an individual item is delivered broken, with marks, or is the incorrect order. In these instances, a refund will be issued solely for the damaged or incorrect item, not the entire order. All other eligible returns are processed for exchanges or store credit only in the form of a gift card.
Exchange and Store Credit Options:
Size Exchange: You can replace your item for the exact same product in a different size.
Gift Card: You can exchange your item for a digital gift card equal to the original purchase value.
Out-of-Stock Alternative: If your requested exchange size is out of stock, you will automatically receive store credit for the value of the item.
Item Condition:
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them. All original tags must still be attached.
