### What is the experience like at House Party?

House Party is a night-time experience like no other and no two nights are ever the same. Thursdays are Homecoming Nights — a more laid-back party with hot pizza, games and karaoke; we open from 8pm and entry is on the house if you have an invitation. Friday and Saturday Pre's run 8pm–10pm so you can come early, skip the queue and get a head start on the house before it fills up. You can apply for an invitation for priority access or book a room to guarantee entry. Walk-ins are welcome before we reach a full house, but invitations will be prioritised.

### Is there a dress code?

This is a House Party, not a sleepover, so dress accordingly. No casual sportswear, no tracksuits, no gymwear and no work boots. Smart-casual or themed outfits are encouraged. The door team has final say on entry.

### What should I wear to House Party?

Dress like you're going to the best house party in Soho — because you are. Anything goes from smart trousers and a shirt to a full nostalgic theme outfit. Avoid tracksuits, sportswear, gymwear and work boots. There is no formal dress code beyond that, but the door team will turn away anything too casual.

### Is House Party 18+?

House Party is a 21+ home. Please bring physical ID — we do not accept photos of ID, screenshots or expired documents. There are no exceptions, including for private hires and birthday bookings. Children and under-18s cannot enter the venue at any time.

### Can I bring children to House Party?

No — House Party is strictly 21+ at all times, including for private hires. We are not a kids party venue. If you are looking for a kids birthday venue please look elsewhere; we cannot accommodate guests under the age of 21 even when the venue is privately booked.

### Do you have karaoke?

Yes. Our private karaoke room is the Parents Bedroom — it has a 2,000+ song catalogue, a karaoke host, a bed for a stage and a fully serviced private bar. The karaoke room sleeps up to 10 guests and starts from £100 to hire. Book at thehouse.party/karaoke or as part of a private-hire enquiry.

### Do you have beer pong?

Yes. The Basement is our dedicated private beer-pong room with official tables, a DJ, retro drinking games and pizza delivery to the room. Holds 8–14 guests; rooms start from £100. Book at thehouse.party/beer-pong.

### Do you have a cloakroom?

Our Potting Shed doubles as a cloakroom at £4 per item.

### What is the door policy?

House Party is a 21+ home — please bring physical ID. If you've been invited there's a £20 house contribution on the door. No invite? You're still welcome — it's £20 before 11pm and £25 after. We do take walk-ins but this is a busy gaff; for the best chance of entry apply for an invitation ahead of time. We run a friendly, inclusive front door but solo entry isn't allowed, mixed groups are preferred and entry is always at the door team's discretion. Zero tolerance for abuse towards our housemates or anyone else inside.

### What is your cancellation policy?

Invitations: free to cancel up to 24 hours before your booking — after that your deposit is non-refundable. Rooms: room booking deposits are fully refundable with 14 days' notice, 50% refundable up to 72 hours before; inside 72 hours the deposit is held. Date moves are free any time.

### Can I smoke inside?

We know it's a house party, but this is a smoke-free home — no smoking inside. If you need one, take it to the rooftop terrace or the front porch.

### Can I celebrate a birthday or special occasion at House Party?

Yes — celebrating a special occasion is exactly what House Party is for. For larger groups we recommend renting one of our rooms; The Teenager's Room, Parent's Room, Basement and Treehouse are suitable for 10–60 guests and include reduced and guaranteed entry to the house. To enquire about hiring the entire venue, email events@thehouse.party. Let us know it's your birthday in the notes so Nan can put on her best frock.

### Can I hire the whole house?
