The House Party is a night-time experience like no other. No two nights are ever the same.
Thursdays are Homecoming Nights, a more laid-back version of the party. Expect hot pizza, games, and karaoke. Plus, on Thursdays, we're open from 8 pm, and ENTRY IS ON THE HOUSE (If you have an invitation, that is).
Pre's run from 8 PM–10 PM. Come early, skip the queue, and get a head start on the house before it fills up.
You can apply for an invitation for priority access to the house or book a room to guarantee your entry.
Walk-ins are welcome before we reach a full house; however, invitations will be prioritised.
This is a House Party, not a sleepover! Dress accordingly…
Our Potting Shed doubles as a cloakroom at £4 per item (Dad's gotta make a living somehow!)
House Party is a 21+ home. Please bring physical ID to come inside.
If you've been invited, there's a £20 house contribution on the door.
No invite? You're still welcome. It's £20 before 11pm and £25 after.
We do take walk-ins, but this is a busy gaff. If you can, apply for an invitation ahead of time – you've got more chance of entry.
We run a friendly, inclusive front door, but this is still our home and we look out for our housemates. Because of that, solo entry isn't allowed, mixed groups are preferred, and entry is always at the door team's discretion on the night.
Most importantly: don't be a dick.
Zero tolerance for abuse towards our housemates or anyone else inside. If you've brought bad vibes, leave them at your own place – they're not coming in here.
If plans change, just let us know more than 24 hours in advance.
If you flake within 24 hours, the £5 stays with the house. Only fair!
Room booking deposits are fully refundable with 14 days' notice.
If you cancel within 14 days, the deposit will be held.
We know it's a house party but this is a smoke-free home.
We're not made of money and the carpets will stink, so no smoking inside.
If you need one, take it to the rooftop terrace or the front porch.

For large groups, we recommend renting one of our many rooms. Suitable for 10 – 60 guests, The Teenager's Room, Parent's Room, Basement and Treehouse are all available to rent and include reduced entry and guaranteed entry to the house.
